i just picked up a 92 zx7 inverted front end and i need help machining the neck stem down to fit in my 77 xs650 neck.
i also plan on using the rear wheel ,which means im going to have to get an offset sprocket up front so the chain will clear the tire.
thirdly i have a blank rear sprocket i need machined to fit the rear wheel as anything offered for the xz7 wheel will barely allow me to reach highway speeds.
local? try KMM " the machine shop dealers use" Peter or Doug 905-564-7748
I don't know these guys all that well but when I moved into my shop across the street I dropped by to offer them my painting services and noticed they have a well equipped machine shop in the back.
Gord Bush is a great shop - I had my XS650 work done there. Bored the cylinders and did a valve job for me. Also blasted the snot out of the parts to get layers of black spray paint off them.
I've also used Concepts on Wheels up in Markham - did my CB550 rebuild there.
