I need a price quote 1939 BSA M20

My Grandfather has come on an offer we literally can't refuse, and I was looking around for a value on it. Its a 1939 BSA M20 (the guy says s model, but I've never heard of that) and I was wondering what these things go for price wise. We're looking to restore it to its former glory, or at least get it rideable. There are only a few things wrong with it (that I know of) one being the clutch. The tires are obviously shot, and the story goes that the man's brother brought it back from World War II, and shortly after passed away, so his brother rode it for a while until the clutch broke. He didn't know how to fix it so it sat in the garage since. I'll put up some pictures when I get a chance to see the thing.

According to what i could find on google, old auction prices mostly, between 1000-5000 dollars. This is obviously taking into consideration the condition. I could be wrong but im pretty sure they made that same model of bike for around 20 years so i dont think theyre all that rare.
