I just aquired 2 barn finds, a 72 cb 450 and a 72 cl 350, l am gonna build a Frankenstein scrambler dirt road bike out of the 2, will parts ie: exhaust, frame components etc. Interchange on these bikes???

In short, NO. You may be able to make some parts fit the other bike with a little creative adaptation though.
