You are THE MAN, no question. That is one heck of a run on a small bike.

When did you lose the chain off the sprocket? I've spent a LOT of time in Kenora - where abouts were you camping?

Amazing pics, love the fly covered helmet. That mirror shot is cool as well.

Must have been one hell of a trip, how was the weather along the way?

the chain came of going south from kenora on 71 . pulling out of a gas station. just poped off. it streatched alot during the trip. had to take out a link in calgary. and now i need a new chain and sprokets.
i just camped out in a beach park in the middle of a bunch of houses... it was quite nice.
kenora is a nice place.

it was quite a trip.
the weather was prety good for the most part. got killed with rain coming out of sault ste marie. had to stop in wawa in a motell to avoid hypothermia. the mountins were freezing and i was not fully prepared. other than that it was quite good... i guess i got lucky.

Ha, ha, ha!! Dave and I were worried you were lost on Tues. night when you turned off Lakeshore Blvd in Mississauga!! Ha, ha!!  ;D

That IS quite a trip on a bike as old and small as yours. Good for you! ;D Druro has a hard time getting his to make it all the way down his DRIVEWAY without breakin' !! ;) ;D

thanks for sharing. that is really cool. this past june i took a trip in the US. 3000 miles solo, but i was in a cage. great times. how long were you gone?

I gotta ask - presumably you and the bike made the return trip too?

4000 miles round trip is some haul. I'm going on a 2000 mile round trip and thought I was going on a real ride!

yep round trip! haven't worked out the exact millage yet. i should get on that before i forget what i did.
i was gone for a total of 3 weeks. a few days in Edmonton and a few days in Calgary.

Wow... crazy ride on a 360!

I discovered years ago on a similar journey the value of a bike built for that purpose. When the time came to do it again, I used a Beemer with an aeroflow windscreen and touratech panniers... smooth and comfortable.

You are one iron-butt rider for that trip.

That is one crazy ass trip on a 360... good on ya!  8)

I think I heard you roar by my cottage on the 17 between Kenora and the ON/MB border  ;D

Nothing like coming out of ON, past Falcon Lake and gradually begining to wonder just how fuckin' flat and straight can this highway get?  ;D

im fairly new to this riding thing and i have a cb360. im always unsure if i am cruising at the right RPMs. i was just thinking about your ride and got to wondering. how fast were you cruising and about what RPMs were you at? last thing i want to do is blow up my motor. thanks

i cruse around 70 to 75 mph @ about 6 to 6 1/2 grand.
mostly around 75 tough. its a good highway speed.
