Identifying a random rear drum hub

scotch

Who put coffee in my morning Baileys?
When i picked up my hardtail project a few random wheels were incuded: 2-21" and 1-16" which i picked up strictly because they were 40 hole rims that i was planning on lacing onto my stock honda hubs via some custom spokes. Now, as it turns out the rear wheel has a stock 20mm axel diameter so it'll fit right into the frame without too much modification.

The issue is that the 16" hub (actually none of the hubs..) have the part of which houses the brake pads - it's just a big gaping hole.

Does anyone know how i'd go about identifying the hubs so i could get my project rolling(and stopping)?

The first 21" pictured has a hub which is larger on the brake pad side than the non brake pad side while the last one pictured is more or less a chunk of pipe used as the hub - same size from one side to the other. I was told the last hub was something special but have no idea why.

Can anyone help me get these things complete?

Looks like a cb750 hub laced to a hd 16 in hoop and a dirt bike fromt wheel

It's definately some kind of CB rear hub. I popped the brake side out of a spare 550 hub and it slides in perfectly. I never would have expected it to be so easy! Thanks!

I'd still love to figure out what the front wheels are. I'm sure one is off an old dirtbike, but the one which is a symetrical tube from side to side is something i haven't seen before. Does anyone have an idea?

Look at xl brake plates for the front wheel....xl250 should do the trick. Basic dirt bike Honda wheel by the looks if it

Thanks, I might look into the XL brake plate.
Turns out while digging through my parts bikes and boxes of odds and ends I have all i need to rig up a dual disc front end, save for a spacer and something to cover the bearings (i won't be running a speedo).

This is the front hub i was told that was "something special". Can anyone i.d. it?

And this is what i'm almost positive is the XL hub.
