Hi,
I've got a 1981' CB125S and I'm going to install an XL185S engine which is a bit more power/flow for the stock exhaust.I've got a good muffler that I'm going to use and want to find a workman who can bend me a length of 1 1/2" o.d. exh. pipe(this has the desired 1 3/8" i.d.,the pipe is 1/16" thick) to give me a 'CB' style low pipe similar to the stock.I'd just like more flow w/ gradual sloping bends of a one-piece pipe which is similar to stock. Any exhaust builders here ?
I have also been looking around here for an exhaust craftsman who has a mandrel bender machine with a 1 1/2" die but so far haven't found one.I was planning on getting the pipe bent and then installing each end to it and set it up w/ the rear bracket and muffler and finding a local exhaust person tack weld it and then remove it and finish weld it.The cylinder/stroke on the XL185 engine is a little taller than the original CB125 so it'll need to be done.

I'm near Pittsburgh,PA. but can send the mock-up piece of pipe to someone who has the skill
