Screwed and Tattooed

Been Around the Block
well for along time ive always wanted to buy a welder and learn to weld , but the fear of dropping money on something i know absolutely nothing about has always stopped me . well luckily i have a friend now that knows a good bit about welding , and gave me a crash course tonight , i started out with a mig w/gas which surprisingly went very well . after i get a better understanding of using the mig , hes going to show me to how to use a tig as well although i probably will never spend that kind of money on a tig of my own . but i definitely have the confidence to buy a welder now knowing that i will enjoy using it . actually tommorrow im going to pick up a hobart handler 140 . so freakin excited

Rock on.

I think it's a very important discovery in our modern society to come to the realization that things can be created from the sum of parts and materials without the direct intervention of a comittee of design artists, engineers and a factory. Maybe we take it for granted here at DTT because we're all mechanically minded people.

Frankly I'm jealous. I hope your imagination can keep up with that new toy.
