IDK about NY but I bought my CB without a title just a bill of sale I got off the Ga DMV Website... bikes that are xx (cant rem) years old don't need to be sold with a title in GA... Maybe there is a similar law in NY?

I got a this cb for free without a title. I now need a salvage title for the bike which is a super pain
So hence why I need a farm and title.

in california you just go in and say this thing has been in my family for 30 years and we lost the plate and title,sign a few forms get a new title
