In need of some shocks! 14" +/- .25" (~355mm)

So i am working on the stance of my cafe project and have found that 14" is optimal, especially for the travel. it stands pretty well straight with it held at 14" and the trees lowered down about 1.5 inches and seems to be the most comfortable for the seating position!

So i am in need of some 14" shocks with as small a travel as possible. Something stiff but not hardtail stiff!

Any help is appreciated! I just can't afford a brand new pair. So if you have a set lying around that you used for mock up but didn't work out for you or even just a decent set that have been used but still have some life in them, would be great!

Looking to keep it under $75(including the shipping) but if you come across a really good deal or might have a good enough deal for me to put out a little extra for i would be willing to work with you on that!

Thanks much, JoeBob! (AKA Cupid)

Apologies! Its for an '82 GS450 L.

I need Eye-to-Eye shocks. The original shocks were something like 12.50"-12.75" but they are old and worn.
Now when i sit on it, the shocks sit at like 11" with about 2" in travel.

Thanks.

Well i want something that can handle a decent pounding due to the crap roads here around town. Its not that i want something like super stiff, just something better than the 3"-4" total travel i currently have. Something that can handle corners well but also won't bottom out every-time i hit a stupid pothole or dip in the road!... >.>

IDK... What would you recommend for something like that? I still want to keep my ride height close to the 355mm mark because its the most comfortable on my bike, i just don't want it to sag down to like 12" because that would defeat my purpose. I want the seat to sit at about 13.25"~13.75" when i sit on it, which is where the stiffness comes in because i do not want to get a 15" set because that would sit too high. When my bike is on the center stand, the shock mounts sit at about 13" and it feels just a tiny bit too low.

So if you have a better recommendation, im all ears.

Thanks.

any properly set up suspension will have sag with the rider on board and also just with the weight of the bike .... do some research, buy new good quality shocks
it is some of the best money you will ever spend on your bike
