Hey All!
I've heard a lot of conflicting information about installing a voltmeter, and what the readings mean. I'm hoping to install one on my CB350 before I install Shorai battery, this way I can monitor it for both over-charge and to make sure it doesn't drain too low. I would like to install the voltmeter in such a place that I can see what charge it's getting from the charging system, but also when I turn the ignition key without starting the bike, I would like to be able to see what the charge is of the battery (to tell if it's running low and needs to go on the tender, etc).
I've had a lot of issues with batteries in the past, and have completely redone my electronics to account for this, but I'd still love to be able to keep a closer eye on it than trying to tell if my neutral light seems dimmer than it was yesterday.
Thanks!
