Insurance Fucking Company

I just a got a letter from my insurance company that my insurance is going up 200$ more a year. Last year they said that my insurance will go down if my record stays clear it will go down 30.0%. WTF please let me know if any one of you are getting a prolem like that. so my insurance went from 800 to 1000. I am insured with Primum.
