Is this fixable (pic) ?

Are you sure they are CV carbs? I thought y were off a cb400F and that would make them slide (piston type) carbs.

Well im going by the ones listed on DCC website and compared them to the ones I pulled off my carbs:

Not sure what piston type means, it doesnt look like the large ones

Those are regular slide carbs a.k.a. Piston types in some of the old Japanese manuals. Those are NOT CV carbs. I do not know if teh jest will also fit your carbs. I'd get a set from Sirius or your local dealer or jets R us.

Should be fine, Dime City listed them for CV on 350.
They will also fit CB550F

Is this one correct ?

Right carb p/n ?

I measured the length and o.d and they seem to be pretty dame close

So does anyone know the stock main jet size ?

They are the ones, awfully small sizes though.
I think I have about 115 in my 550
BTW, there is a guy on SOHC 4.net who lazer welds the posts back together, you need the broken off piece though

Yea I have the broken piece, may just use the jb weld method, can't find the aluminum rod at HF.

And the jets I have are #75.

It's probably a zinc die cast, real easy to melt the entire thing into a blob
I think your going to need around 90~105, haven't done a 400 with pipe and K&N since about 1990
