got a front wheel and nice sticky race tyre , fitted a disc and brembo caliper , plus other bits. i'll get an updated photo soon

Well that's a start I suppose ;)
It that a 'glass tank? Was it easy to get bearings to match the imperial head stock and the metric stem?

its an alloy tank , i made the bearing cups myself ,and just bought normal metric bearings to fit the yamaha stem

it already had a hole to take the shaft out the right side, just removed the plug that was in it , then turned the selector mechanism around, turned some new cir-clip grooves and fitted an oil seal and turned an o ring groove in the shaft ; then plugged the left side with the bung taken from the right hand side. easy really

I gotta get me a small bike. Looks like it's going to be a ton of fun.

One day I'm gonna do me a bantam ........ That's why so many questions, I know of a frame, but I need to finish my current project first. The jury is out as to whether it would be a trials or road racer.

A trials would be cool as they were traditionally used for that. Would be awesome to see more of those built rather then just racers.

no , learning as i go! i've got another build on here a gs550. finished that a while ago
