I went to Florida a few weeks ago and picked up this Cobra Mustang which I bought on eBay. Cobra R bodywork, bigger throttle body, cats removed and replaced with complete Borla exhaust, chip, and 410 rear cog....... pretty damn fast and 26 mpg to boot. :) :) :)

My youngest son has a v-6 mustang also. I was going to hot rod it for him...... bought Interceptor wheels with Goodyear Eagles, a set of Steeda springs, and a cross brace for the front. Then sourced a Lincoln motor w/68000 miles on it for $650 complete including all sensors, wiring, and ECU. This motor is almost the same as the Cobra engine..... milder cams give it more bottom end at the expense of top end HP. He told me he wanted to keep it stock, but I had already bought everything except the motor. The Ford junkyard probably still has the motor........ you interested ??? ? If so, I will PM you the phone number. This junkyard is Ford heaven, he has a shitload of really cool cars both wrecked and restored. I got to talking with the owner about some of the cars....... then he took me around to his house to see his new Shelby Mustang..... even started it for me. If you are a Ford lover..... this place is better than Disneyland. About a dozen Mustang Pace Cars 79' with the turbo four engine, and several Cobra mustangs, not to mention a huge garage full of old Ford race cars........ both drag and Grand National......... sweet !!!!!

nice car,
i own a 96 gt convertable triple black, put about 5 g's into the engine with out opening it. clutch, pulleys, intake, exhuast, etc.
would like to get a cobra some day. 94-98 love that body style.

are you heading to carlile pa.
first weekend of june. were heading down from here in ottawa, 5-8 mustangs. maybe more, really good time.

We have had Mustangs in my family since 1965 when my dad bought a poppy red v-8 automatic. He loved that car and regretted getting rid of it. In his later years I tried to get him to buy a restored 65' but he wouldn't part with the cash. Every time we saw one he would always give it the once over...... The June trip sounds like fun but...... I will be on family vacation that week. How about posting some pics of all the fun????
