Just scrolled through Brad's Flickr account. Yikes!! He's the "King of the Race Replica"!! 8)

Bringn out the oldies, I really liked the 250, it handeled really well! Looking back even the early cafes I built I guess were really race reps as well. Love the bike drewski!

Unfortunately I am traveling and I'm at the mercy of the world's crappiest, slowest and unreliable Internet connection. It's a bit difficult to spruik my bike or post more pictures at the moment but I'm goin to try in the next day or two if I can get a better connection. Good luck to all BOTM nominees!

Had to go with Drewski....two reasons....that Mongrel is so cool it is the main inspiration for me going in with him on the "Sea n Ski" project....and he is my Bro. ;D ;D Seriously though....too many gorgeous BOTM nominations to choose usually....having one of them being my Brother's made this the first easy pick! 8) 8)

I went with he 350 because it is the only one with spoked wheels. I do not care for the ugly, monstrous front anchor but do appreciate the effort that went into the bike.

It's a visually stunning bike, but I can't get past the fact that the great front suspension is paired with the stock (and likely shot) cb shocks. WHY???? For looks only I take it??? No offense to ducatiboy, but it really takes something away. I think it only makes sense to go big on both front and rear, if you're going to. It screams "I did it for no purpose other than looks" now. Judging by his garage, he's about a lot more than that, but it still irks me. If it's a work in progress...ok...we've all been there, myself included when I got botm.

Looks nice though.

Hey that is absolutely awesome Hoosier Daddy!! Thanks for doing that, huge appreciation! I also appreciate all comments re my build. It was a first up "proper" bike build/re-build for me and I'm very happy with how it turned out. Big learning process for the next one too (which will be a 750F1, DesmoDog! Returning to my roots!)

Cafedallas, not sure if your comment was directed at my bike? Could you expand a bit?

Ringo, totally agree with your comments re rear suspension. Keeping my eyes peeled for some decent rear shocks at a reasonable price. Just desperately wanted to get this thing on the road after getting so close and taking so long!!

I hereby notify the board I plan to nominate the F1 for a future BOTM as, judging by the CB, it's gonna be NICE. (...and this site needs more Euro bikes!)

No problem, didn't want you to miss out on any potential votes because you were in a dead-zone. Plus it was a nice way to recap your build thread. Hope I didn't leave out any key steps. So many well documented posts, I had to pick and choose wisely but some should have made the cut...like the bloody knuckle.
Captures the built not bought spirit.

Sorry for the confusion. The Kawi HII, Mach IVs were known as Widowmakers back in the day for their proclivity to wobble out of control at speed due to the bamboo frame technology and surprise wheelies at the slightest blip of the wrist. Also the Team Green color of my font should have made my vote obvious. Drewski gets my vote. The video at Barber probably is the thing that clinched it for me. All three are works of art and deserving.

Swing away Drew, I will be there all week this year, not my usual "long weekend". Bring the usual suspects, bring smoke, bring noise, bring some REAL BEER! ;D I plan on having the S3 (w/new paint) and the H1. ;)
