what, me worry?
well, the people who live above me have a dog, and they put him on a guide wire that runs by where i park the 360. (you see where im going?) low and behold he gets his leash wrapped around the handlebars and the bike goes down. the dog was ok, a bit frightened. the bike is ok, but there are a few problems. i think the floats are sticking now, because when im at a stoplight and i get on the gas it will sputter, and sometimes die. if i back off fast, it sometimes returns to idle. if it dies, it takes for freakin ever to kick it back over. second problem is when it is running, and i turn on the headlight switch it kills the bike... when she fell the throttle got shifted downwards, so i think maybe a wire split and is grounding out? just figured i would run this by all you guys before i went hog wild tearing it apart for the winter. any ideas?

The weather has been much colder lately. Your jetting has changed. Your pilot circuit is now lean. Turn your air screws in 1/8 of a turn until the bike runs better. If you had a sticking float, you would see fuel on the ground under the bike.

It's just that the dirt was stured up in the tank and bowls and has built up on your needle floats. Just turn off your petcock and drain both carbs to flush them out and you'll be fine. :)

check the wiring. it sounds like something's grounded out. the throttle side is where the kill switch is on your bike right? I already took mine apart for the winter (been kicking myself all week with the nice weather we've been having.) as for the dog: start giving it beer on a regular basis; then it will like you and act up for them.

would you be willing to create an entire new harness and mods for 50 bucks plus money for parts? so sick of this phantom problem shit. got the carbs off somewhat. gonna tear em down once i buy the kits. anybody got any good places for carb kits?
