Are your wires ran through the clubmans? Do you have a technique you are willing to share? I have been pulling my hair out for the past 2 days.

Yes the wires run inside the bars, I notched the bars to match the stock holes, Taped up the ends of the wires together sprayed a little
WD40 and push,pull,push,pull.

Welded a couple of brackets,used the stock mounting holes on the fender. I added
a set screw under the swingarm to prevent movment.

great job...now i think i will move my battery to the back like i was thinking. I want that "open space" look behind the carbs

I'll probably start a build thread this weekend. The bike is already about torn down to the frame, but I took some "before" pics first. I'm sure I'll have plenty of questions as I get deeper into to the build. Especially because I plan to bore it out...
