JUNE 2011 BIKE OF THE MONTH - NOMINATIONS!

Stick.....Wingspan.....and Ringo!!!!!! Hold on to your junk fellas...this month’s voting will without a doubt be the best group of bikes that has ever been in one month of voting! I have no clue which one will get my vote as all are very deserving and well-crafted machines! To all of you builders nominated this month. CONGRATS! No matter which bike the site decides is the BOTM, all of you are winners and true artist...craftsmen...and designers. Great job to each of you!

DTT as a collective amazes me all the time, I hate that I no longer have the time to keep up with the site and the builds the way I did before. All three of these builds have been in my watch list and I have enjoyed watching all of you sculpt these machines. I will be very proud to see any one of them grace the banner, and I am sure that each will get its chance over the next several months as each has to be some of the best builds ever created on this site.

Again, congrats to all of you and your fine work. And thank you for sharing the experience with all of us here at DTT.

I agree with PHeller, altho Id take it a step further, if you nominate your own bike it should be excluded from bom. and really killer bikes this month all 3 are beautiful.

So much for a BOTM thread without a bunch of unnecessary crap involved. Good luck to the bikes who are actually up for the banner spot this month. See ya in the voting thread.

It's gotten to the point where I actually look forward to all the crap in the nominations. The vote itself usually turns out to be a pretty clean thread though... lol

Sorry boy's i didn't intend to ruffle anyones feathers too much, was mearly meant in good fun as a joke. I just read through last months thread and couldn't help myself from laughing the whole way through, and a simply fantastic and well deserving bike won.

Besides some of the ridiculous banter here from time to time is what gives this forum such character. There are a lot of other forums out there that we can all participate in, but none that I have found with such a stellar group of guys, that turn out some simply awesome machines.

As for this month I'm having a really hard time deciding between Ringo's bike and the fantastic 2-smoker. Both are just works of rolling art and equally deserving of the title spot.

Cheers.

I would like to nominate BMJ's - South Seattle Cafe project (CB750)http://www.dotheton.com/forum/index.php?topic=21951.0

Its a hell of a line up that we have here this month, I've never seen this many high quality builds up for nominations all at once.

Ill second dansofield550's bike. Shit is too cool. Yeah, yeah, he threw his own hat in to get the nom.. I still like it. Did I miss the link to the build thread though?
