Just bought this baby for my first cafe racer project. Been reading the forums for the past few months and took the plunge. Won it for just £200. Engine has good compression, carbs professionally cleaned, quite a few new parts come with it as well. Anybody any experience with these for a first project? Not 100% on my plans but will strip it all down, refurb and renew all parts like new, new seat, looking at R6 forks, rear wheel to front wheel conversion, big tyres etc. Here she is,

Welcome onboard mate great start point too one thing i would do is get her running well first easy to say when ya want to get spannering ;D with mine i was told she had good compression but didnt have carbs so stripped her down. Struggling now to run her right after putting her back together everyone say's its compression agh and i paid £700 :'( but she's real shiny haha ;D should get plenty of idea's from the guys and always here for info n answers look forward to ya build thread mate and plenty of pics
