Saying hi to everyone.
My name is Nicholaus Lee ( nicholauslee.squarespace.com , gotta plug myself). I've been a fan of cafe racers for a while now, although the bug has been biting harder and harder over the last couple years. Today I decided to take a hot stick to the little bastard and drove pretty much all the way across the state to jump on a too goo to pass up deal on a '77 yamaha xs650.
Hopefully it's not going to take too much in mechanical costs to get this thing up and running for the summer since I'm operating on a shoestring budget here.
I'm sure it'll take a couple winters to get her to a point where I might consider this project done, but as soon as I get some pictures I'll post them, in the meantime...
