Just wondering what it worth ( around or about )

Curious to know what one like this is worth. It only has 3k original miles. Any ideas? Still plan on putting the clip ons on it and a front bikini fairing.

It's worth what someone will pay. Not very helpful but it wouldn't surprise me to see that bike posted from $1000-$6000 depending on location. If you ask me, bike sales seem to follow the following formula.

Original Purchase Price + (Cost of Mods x 1/2) + (hours of labor x 0.0) = selling price

Nice clean bike, though. I'd be proud to own it.

+∞. I don't think anyone should expect to get back what they put into it. If someone were willing to pay for every single part and all the labor, they'd probably just do it themselves. Cool bike, though!

1500 bucks tops a friend sold a nice time tested runner for that much i sold a very custom brat cl450 for 9

Probably about $1200-1500 here too. Love that tank.

I think you could get 2 grand for it if you had its running perfect, with a pad on the seat. Clean title and all electrics working. Most people pay top dollar for restorations or survivors. Otherwise people want a steal to make their own cafe, and an even smaller group of buyers want a finished cafe

Its all based on market value... If you're going to sell it, throw it on eBay auction and let it roll. I think finished, clean, and running it would easily fetch over 1500. You never know though. I've watched some nicely done cafes or custom bikes built in garages and not dime city or lossa engineering go for 10-12,000. Depends on tons of factors. Location not a major one. Most bikes are bought and shipped. I've sold about 30 bikes on eBay, maybe 3 were picked up by the buyer, the rest through uship. Shipped bikes all over the world now also.

One word of advice though like mentioned above, the odds of making a profit on a nicely done bike is very slim. If you can even make anything, it won't be much.
