KDX 200 Project thing

only thing easier is a bill of sale ran through Vermont. You'd get a transferable registration and a plate with 1yr tag and no inspection requirement. When it expires either take transferrable reg to local DMV and transfer it into your home state, or renew VT by mail and enjoy.
How do I go about doing that since I'm in Missouri?
So essentially I'm just getting Vermont plates?

On the form where it says to put in my Vermont drivers license number do I put X's or just my drivers regular drivers license number

I also can't figure out if this will work for me because there's some sort of rule for if it is over 300cc.

I would put in your regular drivers license number and then list what state it's from in parenthesis.

whats the wording for the rule on over 300cc? I've read of people using this on bikes of all sizes....

I actually found that you just have to put a vin verification on the form that you have sent in which is really no problem on my end!
So I'm going to start getting all the paperwork tackled and try to have this mailed Monday, I don't do checks with my bank though and will have to open those just for this purpose! Haha

I'm running out of space in the unit!

Question, I bled the brakes on the kdx200 whenever I began the shortening process of front end, they were working just fine before hand but now I changed the fluid and did the bleeding process but still have zero pressure on the brakes, anyone know what I could be missing?

Tap the lines with a screwdriver from the bottom all the way up to the reservoir.

You got fluid coming out the bleeder?

If air leaks passed the seal on the m/c piston, it won't give you pressure. It won't necessarily leak either. If you pump the handle and then bleed fuel out, it will be foamy or full of air bubbles.

I'll take a look at the brakes tomorrow, and go through the process again.
Today I fired it up (started second kick after sitting for months) and pudded around a bit. Runs like butt because the mufflers off and it's just open expansion chamber, have to take it to get the new exhaust fabbed up.

The bigger forks are slapping the tank.. Suggestions to combat that?
I did see someone do this whenever doing a gsxr fork swap.
Thoughts?
The current stops don't stop it soon enough, figured I could do something similar just in front of the stops.

New muff all fabbed up.
Now I just need to figure out the stinger situation.

You sure that rear tire isn't gonna eat that thing?
I was skeptical, but I have the preload set fairly perfectly I think!
I jumped on it basically and still wasn't able to get it to touch the rear wheel

Yeah, that ain't gonna work..... I'm willing to bet there's a bit more travel there than you've allowed for. Hitting a bump in the road is a lot more force than jumping on it.

You have to take the spring off and cinch it down to get a representation of full travel.

It's looking great bud, but I also have to chip in on the can position, even if it doesn't catch, this thing is a 2-stroke right? I remember being filthy/oily after sitting behind my buddy on his DT125, is your tyre going to feel the same?

Matches the sticker textured swingarm paint :-X
I tossed a coat of paint on over the winter time for the time being before it actually gets a good painting and powder coating to prevent further rust that was there whenever I originally got it. Whenever everything is buttoned and dialed the way I want it it will be broken down and parts will be powdered and painted, and the sticker coating will be long gone, I promise ;)

It previously had an undertail with no reports of that being a problem before, or in my experience it being a problem ether, but we will see. It's trial and error at this point and if I have to more the muffler position to a more scrambler style position due to it rubbing or oil spitting it won't be the end of the world. Just playing around with mounting points.
