KickStarter Bending howto?

I am not sure which way to go on this. but i want to bending the kickstarter on the CB350 out a bit more . its hitting the rear brake peg.

heat then bang it out?

Modify brake pedal, shorten toe piece.
You shouldn't be using rear brake hard enough to need massive pedal, particularly if everything is set up right
Bending kickstart out will break the shaft off at case. Then it's a full engine strip to change out.

Exactly what I did on my DS7.
If you feel you need more clearance than that, take it off the bike before putting any pressure to it. Or, as PJ stated, it'll ruin your day
