This is my cafe, 71' cb750 836cc. It's got more work done on it than tax reform.

WOW... I love it
That is the exact exhaust 4-1 that I have on my cb750 right now...

Looks great!.. Welcome aboard...

Hey Big B... Check it out...

Always loved that bike.
I think I am gonna ditch my stock MAC cannon and go that route
with the exhaust (much cleaner look)...

My plan is just to stick a short Turn-out muffler that I have on to the end of that headder after I wrap it all up in Black headder tape.

Man I love the bike ... you just can't beat those SOHC Honda's as a cafe bike ... Nice work .... Welcome aboard as well.

Thats Sweet! 8)

I might have to try some decals like yours to break up all the green on mine.

BTW........you can get those checkerboard decals fairly cheap at a hobby shop.....RC Planes......around $2.99 for a 3ft x 5" sheet. I know I've seen them being sold for Cafes' at around $25 a sheet. ::)

Well, if you're worried about going deaf because you don't want an open pipe near your ass...then I'm morbidly curious as to what comes out your ears!

Great looking CB. 8)

Doesn't the front fender act as a fork brace? Having no front fender may make your front end do some things you don't want it to do.

Yea I hear the forks will shimmy but I haven’t had any problems yet.
But that is the kind of problem that pokes its head after it’s too late.

Fork brace: Another item on the long list of never ending fixes and modifications...

Here's what I did for a fork brace... Bit of roundbar - bent over a piece of wood cut out with the jigsaw - and welded to some steel strips.

Oh yeah, that's what you call first timer welds, hah, kept em on the inside so they wouldn't be so sloppy.

I'd consider a brace. When I push my sohc hard in a sweeper I can really feel the weaving - even with the fender.

Great idea! A lot cheaper than buying a telefix or something similar.

Thanks.
WoW, almost 2 YEARS exactly between the original post and the reply! ;D

What battery did you use? I'm looking to relocate mine under the seat hump as well. Any pics of the mounting bracket that I can steal ideas off of?

Have you switched to a tapered head bearing? That should fix alot of that wobble
