hi buck..

yes you got it right! ;D
eliminate the airbox
add some custom made velocity stack
relocation of the battery under the seat
customized full fiber seat based on the original shape but more sleek with smooth body flow
changed to a new shocks and bullet signals
customized handle bars
add in halcyon side mirror and fork gaiters
customized the original exhaust (sounds like a roaring beast)
epoxy paintwork on shock covers, rims, hubs, headlight bucket
drilled with epoxy chain cover and sprocket covers
finally with a new paintwork

That looks really good. I just built a fiberglass seat for mine and have thought about putting my battery under the seat hump but that rules out the possibility of throwing a two-up seat on for when my girlfriend wants to ride with me so I haven't made up my mind about that. Did you make those clipons?

yeah john... same dilemma too for me when i was deciding :-\ but ended up a single seater.... so it's a solo ride for this baby... il be doing up another 2 seater later... and yes the clip ons are customized... thanks guys for the compliments

One more question. How did you mount your seat? Can I see the underside of it?

Fiberglass and paint looks good. Nice to see another newer bike!
