KZ200 brat, little house hopper

Touche.... I should have phrased the question like this :::queue do over:::

Hey Joe,

How did you hang those spokes when you coated them? I am having trouble figuring out how to prep mine.

made a jig, allows us to hang and coat 20 per jig, there are typically 40 spokes per wheel. our other jig is set up diff if we need to coat nipples... hanging and coating each one by one would take forever. the jig is also great wehn we strip and blast them

took some sheet steel, drilled and tapped them for HD spokes, welded a bracket to the top of that so that we can hang it using 1 hook. the spokes thread in from the bottom and hang... the other jig is the sam only dif is it is nto threaded, just drilled we use this one when we need to do nipples as well an the nipples act as the cover on the threads

ok... finally got some time to get some work done!

Looking good! Standard wheels? I want to get bigger wheels but not sure how big i can go? Want to run some classic looking tires but cant find any in the standard kz200 size

they are stock wheels, bike is too littel to run large tires would handle and look like crap and be way more work than it is worth to be honest with off set spacers and crap for in back

Joe, cool bike! Totally 180 degrees from my little guy. How well does your front brake grab? I've swapped out to a cb350 front drum.

Motnz- im working on running an 18 rear wheel from a 1974 175 f7. Spacing is dead on and I should be able to run a 110 tire, just need to sort the sprocket since the dirt bike runs a mini bike chain.
