KZ400 No starting, Help please

Hello, I am currently in the last stages of my build, but the bike is not starting up for me. I have spark, have gas in my carbs, timing has been set to the shop manual specs and wiring is stock. I am running out of ideas of what it can be. Was wondering if anyone can help and point me in the right direction of what i should be looking for. Thanks

I hate to say "Try Starter Fluid" but thats what i'd try ...it seems like you have set the Timing right i saw your build thread your very close to getting there i can feel It!
