spark6 radically sent me a 350 bucket but it didn't fit w/ the 360 ring and i figured it'd be easier to upgrade to a halogen than buy a new ring, bulb, etc..

as you know it's been nothin' but rain lately so i haven't gotten a chance to do anything with them. i'm not sure what i'm going to do about the mounts for the pipe protector... if i cut them off then i'd need to paint them to prevent rust and i dunno if i wanna do that....

where in montana are you from? i moved here from kalispell.

I moved here from Big Sky resort, lived there for 13 years before moving back here. I kinda think the heat shield look ok. Was that heat wrap in the picture? If you cut off the mounts it would look good wraped and painted with some ceramic paint.

yeah, i'm pretty happy with it. :)

with the wrap on there the clamp that helps hold the pipes in place (you can see the back of it a couple inches to the left of the end of the top pipe)
doesn't fit. i'm thinking that with the weight of the mufflers gone that it should be ok with out it...

what do you guys think?

I agree on both counts... You need to use some hose clamps or something metal at least.
