LB any 1970 - 1980 CB 400 - 550 cc sized bike

A friend is wanting to buy this bike and I am just putting the work out.

Could be CB 350, 360, 450, 500, 550 or CX 550. He is NOT looking for anything bigger than 550 ie does NOT want 750's

Bike doesn't have to be in mint condition. Minor fixer-upper is good.
