Leaking brake fluid

Got to work this morning and noticed that my hand had brake fluid on it, it's leaking down the lever. Is there a gasket, o-ring, or seal I can replace or do I have to rebuild the master cylinder?

My bike has 2 copper washers on each side of the bolt where the brake line connects. Then my cap has a plastic piece and a rubber boot to keep the fluids in.

If it's leaking from the hydraulic piston / cylinder you probably need to rebuild it. Make sure the inside cylinder is nice and smooth with honing tool if possible. Or you can wrap some #0000 grade steel wool around a buffing drill bit to clean it out.

Oh yeah, and careful getting that fluid on paint. It will eat it up.

1975 honda cb360, not trying to be an ass, but all the rebuild kits i find are for a honda "cb's" or thats just what they claim.

Where is the leak coming from?

If it's leaking from the piston where your right lever screw pushes in then you may just need the seal/washer that goes on the middle of the piston and a new boot. The other parts like your snap ring, spring, piston, etc. should be fine.

it leaks from the inside where the lever meets the piston, i think, it runs down the lever.

This is for 1975 CB360G. There is two pieces to #9 in the diagram. I am pretty sure you need the second piece but it looks like you gotta buy the piston too. I would probably buy #13 and #10 too. #13 looks like a washer/seal and #10 is the boot which is generally very thin and easy to damage when removing.
