Leaking something and need help!

I have a 73 CB350, the engine has been rebuilt and tuned. Rebuilt when I bought it and tuned after I bought it. I am very new so I will do my best to describe the issue and correctly name the areas/parts I am talking about. Please forgive me if I mess something up. Here is everything leading up to the leak before I noticed it.

Got a tune up runs great.

I wasnt getting any power out of the left side and was fouling that plug instantly. Found out it was the fact that the battery was low and the CB only runs on one when the battery is dead. I replaced the battery and plug so we are back in business. I am riding today for a short jaunt about 12 miles. I get home and notice the leak. Seems to be coming from the area where the ignition time is located. I noticed the fluid (coolant or something?) on the left side engine block. The head seems tight but I dont have a torque wrench so I cant be sure if it is too tight or loose or just right. There was also some fluid on the spark plug cap. The fluid is green and I can't tell a distinct smell of any sort.

Here are some pictures.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks a lot!

Its oil. There is no coolant in an aircooled engine. The seal between the head and the ignition housing is bad.

ok I didn't think there was any coolant but I wasn't sure. Is it as simple as getting a new seal and replacing it? I assume I just pull the ignition housing off and replace the seal? Will I have to redo my timing?

Ya youll need to redo your timing. You should def get a manual as well. Itll explain the process in detail. Behind the plate theres a round oil seal. Honda part # (22X35X5). If it was intalled incorectly, or is bad it needs replaced.

Another area that's prone to leaks is where the rocker spindles connect into the cam end housings. The rubber o-rings at the ends compress and lose their sealing ability over time. I suggest replacing those also.
