Listing on Triple Clamp dimensions?

Does anyone know if there is a listing of dimensions on the triple clamps for different bikes?

I'm wanting to make some changes to the rim/tire sizes on my Thruxton which is going to change the trail. I know I can buy adjustable billet triple clamps, but I'd rather save the 1K. Spiegler offers one (non adjustable) that is 50mm offset but that's still $600.

Any thoughts?
 
Unless the changes in rim and tire sizes are severe, I wouldn’t waste time worrying about the effect on the bike’s geometry. You can compare the rake and trail specifications between an 18” (Thruxton) wheel and a 19” (T100) wheel on the Triumph web site.

Doubt you’d notice much of a difference anyway.

Actually it does make a pretty noticeable difference in how the bike handles when turning in, maintaining a lean, and rolling out of the corner.

Here are some numbers to look at.

Daytona 675 11 23.5° 86.8mm 17"

Based on tire sizes available for different rims it affects both rake & trail. My current combination runs a rear tire that's 3% larger, and a front that's 2.8% smaller. This adds up to a big difference in how a bike handles and optimally what performance you can get out of the bike.

While these are interesting statistics indeed, you have to consider the change as it affects your bike. What’s missing in the example above, is frame geometry as seen in the ’01-’04 Bonneville vs ’05-’07 Bonneville. Both have the same front tire size, but the rake and trail numbers are completely different. The question should be: what changes will a 3% larger rear tire and 2.8% smaller front tire have on your bike’s rake and trail?

I've haven't done all the measurements yet because I'm trying to see what offset is going to be optimal with what I'm going to different rear tire, and a 17" front... From stock to what I have now the bike tips in much better, but can be a touch twitchy hence trying to get some numbers together.

17” is getting a bit small and combined with a taller rear could certainly be contributing to the twitchy behavior. At risk of sounding like an idiot, could you get fork extenders and drop the tubes an inch or so?

I can easily raise my forks (I've got F3 forks so I've got over an 1" to play with) but I can actually get a better ratio with the 17" tires front and rear. I can get closer (albeit shorter) ratio wise on front and rear going to a 120 - 17 up front, and 170 -17 out back.
 
Any reason you can't get a lower profile tire for the front and taller profile for the rear in order to match the stock overall diameter of each tire?

Sorry for missing your message so far back... My main reasoning for changing tires is to be able to get modern sport bike type rubber. Buying custom tires that would handle as well would defeat the purpose, plus going to a smaller diameter wheel has the two added benefits of less rotating mass, and less centrifugal force so the bike will tip in better.
