A little update...
The wiring has started and is a slow process, mainly because I don't really know what I am doing!! Anyhow...This is where I am at...
Indicators with LED bulbs have been fitted but not wired in as yet. The tank was blasted and powdercoated but unfortunately there was some filler at the corner of the tank where a dent has been filled and the powder hasn't taken so well. But, the work was all done for free and it ain't no show pony so I am happy enough...adds some patina. Excess metal around the gas filler was removed and a new funnel fitted to remove the horrible plastic one that Guzzi thought summed up the 70's!
Solid brake line have and braided hoses have been added and connected to the master cylinder on the bars and rear cylinder.
Some lovely rearsets from Italy have recently arrived and been added to the bike with just some linkages to be connected up.
Soon a seat mount will be fabricated that will also serve as a mounting point for the rear light...and then it will be back to the wiring!
