Hello everyone. Been watching the site off and on for a while. I'm from central Illinois-south of springfield. I started checking out the site for info and to straight up rob some people of their good ideas. Some of the people on this site are brilliant fabricators. I currently have three bikes in the stable; a 1974 honda cb360, a 1976 honda cb360, and a 1972 triumph 650 bonneville. One of the cb's is being made in a pseudo cafe style, another one I am hardtailing. I'll post pics-sometime. I am not really a hardtail snob or anything, but the one I am working on doesn't have bolt on hard struts. My triumph is an OIF bike - I just recently bought the electronic ignition and battery eliminator from sparx. I haven't wired it up yet- I would like to use the correct(matching colored) wire. Kind of anal I know but what do you do. I am married have 3 children and work for the state of illinois. I also run(with a partner) a mixed martial arts school. thank you

hopefully I will upload these pics without messing it up. these are a few of my hardtail cb360

i have a few more welds on the hardtail to go over with my dad and a little fill. I made the vertical engine mounts so two brackets will attach to the two holes on the bracket and to the engine. I felt it would have more structural integrity you can see the forwards they are both stock brake pedals that i cut off and welded to round stock -bent on my anvil. next pic is the back fender mount and brake light.[/img]

I have made a side mount tag bracket(like everyone else) that is my tag light tail light and holds a remote oil filter.
