Looking for a south east builder

I am a dsiabled rider who uses an Aprilia Mana 850 as a daily ride. I recently picked up a 1978 Honda CM400A hondamatic and am now looking for a builder to make this into a cafe racer. Anyone out there have a list of good builders in the south east?

Unfortunately I cannot take this on myself for many reasons. This is why I will have to find a builder to do it for me.
