looking for cafe guys & gals to ride with in T.O.

Hey all....

Looking for some guys & gals to ride with in the Toronto area. My girlfriend and I don't know many people with bikes and the ones we do have rice rockets & harleys! would be cool to find some people with cafes to do some rides with

Thursday night - around 8PM at Tim Hortons - Lakeshore / Leslie, if you haven't been there. Large gatherings of all sorts of riders, including a few of us on older bikes.

We also hang out at Black Dice Cafe at 1574 Dundas St West - owned by a friend and SR500 rider.

Another hangout is Back Alley Motorcycles at 850 Richmond St West in the back alley natch. Paul Dutra owns that shop and is currently riding his Frankenwing (1975 GL1000) back from LA where he's been rubbing elbows with the biker elite.

Sometimes we end up riding to Tom's Dairy Freeze at 630 The Queensway.

I'm hoping to sneak out this Thursday evening for a run down to Tim Hortons and then stop by the Dice for a soda and pinball.

Cool....thanks for the info Tim. I have only been to the Thursday night at Tim Hortons once (last Thurs) due to my work schedule.....

what nights to ppl go to the other places you wrote about?

I will just have to check them all out on the nights I am able to ride....hopefully there will be ppl there that would like to go !

Hey J.
Haven't seen your bike (in avatar) down at Tim's on Thursday nights. Looks cool. What is it?
I usually end up down there.
Sunday mornings there's a meet North of Toronto if you ever get out of the city.
It's a CVMG Club meet, but others show too.
The meet is at Stouffville Rd and Woodbine Av., North east corner at Famous Sams.
The bikes park behind the restaurant around the left side.
All sorts of bikes show, and some go for group rides afterwards.
People gather starting at 8:30, and most are gone by 11 or 12.
I'm usually there on my 78kz.

I have been down to the Tims a few times....but because of work I dont make it down to much....prb be down tonight though

my bike is a 77' cb550

I will have to try to make it to the other meet sometime as well

This Sunday, after breakfast at Famous Sam's, there's a group of us heading out to Brampton Airport on McLaughlin Rd.
They're having their annual fly-in & open house, with Vintage planes, cars and motorcycles.
