Hey I was wondering if anyone could direct me to a good pair of shocks for my KZ250, I have been looking on ebay and as nice as those RFY shocks look I have heard they are just cheap chinese reverse engineered min marginal cost to produce. In addition as nice as a pair of Ohlins would be my budget simply can't afford them.
If anyone knows what type these are I would appreciate some input
There is a manufacturer in Tawain that makes the Girling Replicas
They export as Forsa or MDI but can be rebranded and sold at a premium.

I highly recommend them, in fact some of the dime city shocks look that they come from that factory.
I mounted sportster shock (take-offs) on my KZ305, I think its the same basic frame on yours. Cheap, better ride. I also have the stock 305 shocks I pulled off (25 miles on them) if you want a real inexpensive option.
I've used the sportster shock on 3 bikes so far and been pleased with results.

These look pretty sweet however it says they exclude shipping to pretty much every country in the world on the exception of England. Since I live in Australia that takes care of that.

Look at those the suspension shop that I called in Brisbane wants $550 for the set, figured I could get a better deal off the net, I find prices in this country are quite inflated compared to the rest of the world.
