Looking for small Bike to Cafe

Looking for a new project. Just finished up one and am now looking for a small cc bike (200cc or less) to cafe. 2-stroke would be ideal but something like a cb200 would also interest me. Price-wise looking in the sub $1000 range. Located in Toronto, On

Where are you, amigo?
I am "that close" to parting out a 1971 Yamaha CS3 200cc for parts.
The bike is pretty complete but will need a total resto - therefore perfect for a cafe.
You can have the wee beastie for $250.00 (firm price, I've got people asking questions regarding what the tank will sell for, the seat, blah blah blah) and some of the parts are slated for another project bike if I break it for spares.
During the rebuild, with a modest amount of effort, you can really make these babies go. I can even give you some decent prices on my vintage fiberglass while you're cafeing it.
Sorry, no ownership but will provide bill of sale with all numbers.
I'm in the GTA (Halton Hills Ontario).

Illinois is a bit too far for me :-[ but on the plus side I think I may have found one, the deal isn't finalized yet but I'm crossing my fingers everything goes according to plan
