looking for specific shaped alu

For a construction job i need aluminium solids, but in triangular shape. Like a solid bar, but with three edges same length. sides of 80mm would be great.

i can not find it anywhere and yes, ive tried google. No avail. Anybody here can shine a light?

I think you'll have to mill it out of square bar

How much do you need? You can get your own die made and take it to an extruder.

But of course thesis not cheap.

Saw it out of square bar as I remember the problem ...
Had to account for the loss of material from the cut but the drawings were changed to reflect the missing metal . much easier and cheaper than the price of a forging or extrusion die ...
Even if you do end up with only one side of the square usable , clean scrap prices are up

So no such thing around ready made? Then i'll resort to some other ideas i guess. Thanks for thinking with me!
