Cause that's when my new home will be paid off! Just closed the deal yesterday, so the wife and I are now home owners. We caught a foreclosure on 3 acres that needs a lot of work, so I've been feverishly striiping walls and doing drywall work and will be till/way after we move in! Yup, we are excited. And it has a 2 car garage for plenty of bike building!

Oh, and compared to our 800 square foot rental, this may as well be a mansion at 1385. It even has an outdoor kitchen and bar just in time for cookput season

Thanks all, and we are lucky that about half he remodeling was done by the po. But this isn't my first remodel job, so I know what and how long it'll take. The huge difference being that ill finally be owning the results. Thanks all!

congrats! I'm looking forward to 2038 in that case. Personally I find home ownership to be lukewarm at best, but then again I hate the city I live in.
