Lurking for a bit... Now to show a bit of my project.

This bike shows more vision than most of the projects on here . I love the tank,the side covers the stance. love it or hate it you cant stop looking at it .You Sir have challenged there sensibilities and one day they will get it 8)

I dont know why I feel as is I need to defend my opinion...? But, I feel as if people think I'm bashing this persons quality and enginuity. Not the case..... I think on that level it's bitchen. I personally just dont like the aesthetic result of the 2 bikes combined. Nothing appears to belong together IMO. When building and modifying a bike, one thing that is very important to me is flow and everything appearing as if they belong. It's not his fault or lack of ability that doesnt achieve this for me ..... It's the fact that the parts obviously from different decades... The color choices are a little 80's Boyd Boyd Coddington rod for me... I'd like to experience the handling 1st hand. Maybe my opinion would be changed, maybe it would b worse..?
 
I just think its cool that he took one of the dumbest slowest honda and turned it in to one of the fastest bikes on the board i still like a good rd or a kaw triple aginst it in a 1/8 mile. But every thing cant be a two stroke thanks for showing every body how to make a cb run
 
I think this bike is interesting. Not my style, but its not my bike.

What I also think is that some people in this thread need to fucking nut up. Man, when did we all turn into a bunch of fucking sissys?
 
Ive seen snowmoble lumps in motorcycle frames those bikes werent happy till they danced a jig on your soul. Motor cycles arnt supose to be so limp wristed. Its cafe RACER REMEMBER.
 
While it's unusual looking, thats what attracts me to it. I love it when someone builds a bike based on their own vision of what cool is. ANYONE can bolt on a bunch of store bought parts and call it a custom, but it takes imagination, vision, skill and a shit load of time to build a true custom motorcycle and the OP has all these in spades. Bravo to you sir for following you vision and building a truly unusual and cool bike! I dig it.

Much respect on the skills it took to make this work. The headlight/fender isn't my cup of tea but still, much respect!
 
I, for one, LOVE this bike. I think everything blends well enough to be a head turner for sure. I could only dream of having skills enough to undertake something like this. I have the same idea of having something that no one else has, or has seen. Bravo!!!!
 
I'm in love with this bike. I'll admit the first few pics you posted of the progress made me think it wasn't going to turn too well. But after you put it all together it's just beautiful!

Its original & very good modern interpretation of the spirt of what a cafe is....Can anyone say TRIUMPH engine in a NORTON featherbed frame.... Making the iconic "CAFE RACER" a VINCENT IN A NORTON frame,,, I mean fuck it any other engine in a feather bed.......

I think this is bike is one of a kind and very cool. What a modern cafe should be if you ask me. Very unique. Its great inspiration, I bet this thing hauls serious ass.
