Made a couple things for Vinnie "DEAD SHOCKS"

yo guys, hanging out in vancouver, the temp is -3 to +4ish. no snow around but lots of motorcycles on the road STILL. seen some cafe bikes here also. anyways the struts are looking sweet paul. cant wait. also , for me.....i wont be riding on the highway or doing any high speeds. more of a show thing. if i dont like it, i"ll put on shocks! c yall next week.

ive been watching this, esp about eye to clevis... for my bastardized cafe/bob. the only thing that is holding me back is that i live downtown, and the roads are horrible.... i do more city driving than highway... and there are tons of potholes

So do we bro. Ill let you know how things go. Vinnies bike will be done before mine.

ill keep my eyes peeled... the only way ill get that extreme low profile on the bike is to use dead shocks, but if its going to beat the crap outta me ill pass.... i might even commission a set if you all decide to go forth....

You have very valid points but these bikes will not be choppers with 20" ape hangers and a 300 tire with an upright riding position that weigh 900lbs dry and with 200HP that are 12' long. Our bikes are mainly for cafe to cafe Toronto downtown core riding (for me anyway) and will not likely see speeds anymore than 60kph. I deffinatly will not be taking my bike on any highway without a suspention but cant speak for anyone else. Have you ridden a hardtail?(I have). They have been around since the 60's-70's and are still here today Im not sure why people always see a need to buy bikes that cost 80K just because they want to look cool and dont know how to ride them.

60's or 70's????? Ben around a lot longer than that...Try the dawn of motorcycles.... ;D

lol. OK, they were popular in the 60-70's and they were removing shocks and making them hard tails on purpose. ;D
