Main Jets

after V-stacks are installed bike began to lean out after 3/4 throttle. if i was to upgrade my main jets on my cb35f, do i also have to adjust the needle heights as well? and how many turns on IA screws?

350f
V-stacks
"stock" 4-2 exhaust
stock carbs
stock jets 75:75:75:75

Main jet controls 3/4 to full throttle and needle height controls the midrange.
