Master Brake Hose need 180 degree turn

My couch pulls out but I dont
Hey Guys, weird question here, but I have a master cylinder with a large hose coming off of it that attaches to the fluid reservoir...like this...

However I need to have that hose make a 180 degree turn without kinking...anybody have a good solution?

Could you run it through a metal pipe to keep its shape? I take it the kit is set up for a less extreme bend.

A short piece of 5/16 or 3/8 (whatever size the hose is) metal brake line bent 180...then just use the rubber hose to connect everything together...

Well it's a long story but that wouldn't work as I am actually running a remote reservoir...I had the same idea of bending 3/8 pipe and running the hose over it to keep its shape, I may try that or something similar

The reservior in the link I posted is to replace the remote reservior on generic Nissin M/C's. It sits on top of the M/C and negates the need for a hose.

Anyway, I had a remote res on my old fighter and I had a 180 deg bend in the hose - you just need to get the right type of hose and try not to bend it too sharp. The clear brake hose that the fighter guys use is the best stuff.

If you go to an auto parts store they sell small vent hoses that come pre-bent in all kinds of angles. I can't be sure, but there might be one in the size you need.

Sorry I meant remote master cylinder

I am going to attempt to get this worked up this weekend and I can post up my scenario

How about this elbow from Grainger. < 4 bucks:

You need to make sure that what ever you use is rated for brake fluid. It needs to be what they call barrier hose. I would try to get some rubber hose like the old air cooled VWs used for their reservoir Regular rubber hose won't hold up long against brake fluid.
