Meltdown 2014 is approaching... :)

Any DTTer hitting the Meltdown is welcome to camp at our place. You'll have hot showers, plenty of good food and drink, and anything else you might need. We live about a half hour from the brewery and there's a killer route there that Mr. E would love to show ya.

For those of you who aren't familiar with it, this year marks the third annual Meltdown at the Southern Appalachian Brewery in Hendersonville, NC. The Meltdown is a vintage bike and cafe racer show and will be on Saturday, April 26 @ 1:00pm.

I just realized we have a family camping trip planned that weekend so I will be missing the Meltdown and your hospitality this year. I will however see you guys a couple weeks later at The Thaw.
 
I probably can't make it this year. I'm committed to refereeing a derby bout. It's a home bout, if it were an away bout I'd totally bail on them.
 
I'll be there. My girl is in Hawaii, so I gotta find SOMETHING fun to do! Plus, overdue for some spirited twisties!

Same. I may be in Alabama, Germany or Australia then. The Thaw is a go though.

me and some of the guys from the cx500 forum will be up there and will probably go ride the snake

either saturday morning or sunday

My GOAL is get the GL1000 running so Kristen and I can make it to the Thaw. It might be the only thing I can make it to this year.
 
I believe I'll be attending with Redbird and Smajure. We will be getting together in the coming days/week to discuss the angles.

Yay, Ronnie! That'd be exciting if you could make it. Chris said he didnt think he could though. Fingers crossed for Scott... ;)

I'd love to attend, but logistically I don't see it happening :(
Atleast right now anyway. Best that I could hope to do would be fly in Friday evening and fly out Sunday morning. But that would eliminate me having wheels while there :/

Maybes somebody can scounge up some wheels for ya. The rest of the bike might be tougher....

I am ready for a bonfire! Jen, did you post up a FB event on this? I shared over there, but no activity specifically.
 
I wish I could make this trip, but late April is not great for me this year sadly.
