Been Around the Block
So I saw this on TV and thought it was badass

Light and tyvek is damn near indestructable. I had this retarded idea, retarded like a fox, that what if you could get a tyvek wallet with your registration and proof of insurance printed on it? In the past I would have them in a fishing lisence holder under my seat in case I got pulled over but with this build I'm invisioning, I dont think I'll have any storage space when I'm done and I hate cramming more shit in my wallets. What do you guys think? Good idea or bad idea? If good, how do we go about making these as kits for people to print out and sell them? at cost to forum members :D
Or is there a company that makes tyvek wallet kits? You could program your printer to print the right size for your registration and insurance.

You can get tyvek envelopes at an office supply store or the USPS mail packs though they are a bit big are made of tyvek and....free.

I think a cop would look at a copy of a registration and insurance and suggest you carry the real things :)

Tyvek wallets are an ok idea aside from that, although not sure how they'd work with the 10+ plastic cards I have to haul around with me. I rarely have cash on hand these days.

Good point Tim. I belong to a California gun forum that has an LEO sub forum. I'll ask there for an opinion though I know with Police officers, you can get different answers.
