Mikuni Mark II for XS 750

Sorry, yes. All three. I was hoping to get my XS750 going by this Spring. There doesn't seem to be a lot wrong with it but unfortunately today I opened up the carbs and it look like the previous owner stripped the grooves on two of the jets so it's impossible to get it out.
One of the seals/gasket is also rotten and needs to be replaced.
It also turns out that the carbs are Mikuni Mark 1's for which I'm having a tough time finding a Carb Rebuild Kit. If I can purchase the Mark II's in working condition it means that I'll be able to ride again this Summer. Unfortunately don't have enough money to purchase another bike.
