Mikuni MV30's- A noobie non-jet question

Hi guys. I just picked up a set of Mikuni MV30's for my cb350. The bike was carb-less when i got it. I feel like a real kinda stupid asking this so please dont flame me too bad but how do I set up the throttle cable with them. They came with a the two carbs, two small brass pieces, and some small aluminium cap looking pieces. I know its probably simply i just dont want to make a mistake setting these up.

Did they come with a Mikuni throttle cable? I pretty sure you cant use the stock one.

Its the DCC VM30 kit that came with a universal throttle kit.

The brass peices are different jet sizes for tuning and the cables that come with it should be relatively intuitive to install, as there is only one bracket on the carb that can facilitate it. Good luck!

Do you have a picture of the two brass pieces? I bought the same kit and the brass pieces I think you are talking about may be the cable lug ends for the universal throttle cable that you would have to solder on yourself.

Yea the brass ends ended up being cable ends. I Called DCC and had one of there guys kinda talk me through it. A simple 1-2-3 instruction would have been nice of them to put in the kit. But all in all i got the kit working and now it time to work on the jetting of the mikuni's.
