Mikuni size and jetting suggestions

I'm planning on getting some Mikuni's this winter, I'm tired of fighting the stock ones and wanting to try something new. I'm looking for suggestions on sizes and jetting.

I have a '72 CB350. I run it with no mufflers (I know, no need to remind me) and K&N R-1090 pods. Might also consider velocity stacks. I'm not so much looking for a big power kick, I just like nice and reliable and as fuel efficient as possible. A little boost in power wouldn't hurt, but not my priority. 28's? 30's? Stock jets or upgrading?

28s would be best, 30s are the most common though.
