So Im not sure if this has already been done, infact id be more surprised if it haddnt... But what kinda of music is every one into. I know the traditional cafe race sceene is rockabilly, but im gonna be totaly honest its not my thing. Im more into classic rock, modern rock like chevelle, wolf mother, cold, evans blue, love the band Clutch, so much i once painted clutch arcoss the hood of my car... I like punk, irish rock, even some celtic folk. Really been gettin into raggae/punk stuff and accoustic. I listened to sublime since i was a youngster, but didnt realize how many bands have a somewhat similar sound till recently. Lot of pepper, dispatch, slightly stoopid, sublime of course, others too... theres a bunch of other stuff as well. So how bout the rest of you guys?? whats playin in the shop while your bustin knuckles on your ride??

Funny, I was just thinking how we go to such lengths to get period specific gear and bikes but we don't discuss the music that defined the rockers.

Can't really comment on the period stuff, but there are some new bands I think have the same idea in a modern context:

I forget where I saw it but there was a music thread going..

love the Josh Homme Stuff (Eagles of Death Metal, Desert Sessions), Jack White is awsome (White Stripes, Early stuff, Only listened to first racontours record), Yeah Yeah Yeahs first record Fever to Tell is brilliant

Other Favs, Toronto boys Death From Above 1979, Jesse Keeler from that band has a pretty cool dance/house band MSTRKRFT, his solo Metal/Hardcore Stuff as Femme Fatale is awsome as well.

I also enjoy Violent Femmes, and Early Country Stuff anything from the 40's - 70's.

also really cool band The BumbleBeez used to be called Bumblebeez 81
